I bought the game a little after it first came out used so I had to buy the VIP code and I have not played it in awhile and since then my PS3 file was erased on my Console so I made a new account and recovered my PSN username and now when I go to play the game online again I don't have the VIP codes(unlocks new Maps) and If I look at my transaction records on my PSN account it say's I purchased it. Do I need to some how recover them?

If you want to redownload a purchased item on PSN:
1. Log on
2. Go to Account Management
3. Go to Transaction Management
4. Go to Download List
5. Click on the item you want to redownload
