I changed the direct x settings of battlefield 2 to 9, but whenver the game starts in multiplayer or singler player it exits out of the game. I changed the settings of dirext x from auto to 9 because o\an online guid told me to. The title menu is a lot faster now, and the loading is too. However, it exits out right before a game starts. Sounds like it didn't download properly.
Delete it and start all over again.
