I beleive the boosters use the cd-key of the game they come with, so it most likely wont work. You should be able to retrieve your account on the new install though, so you wont have to start from the beginning.

Is Battlefield 2: the complete collection compitable with my previous install?
Currently i have the original battlefield 2 game installed. I would like to purchase Battlefield 2: the complete collection so i have the expansion and booster packs all at once.
